Info
This reflective day trip from Warsaw takes you to the Treblinka Memorial, one of the most important sites of Holocaust remembrance in Poland.
Located about 90 minutes from Warsaw, Treblinka II was a Nazi German extermination camp operating in 1942–1943 during Operation Reinhard. An estimated 900,000 Jews were murdered here, many deported from the Warsaw Ghetto and other parts of Europe. The camp was created solely for extermination, and its structures were destroyed by the Nazis in an attempt to erase evidence of their crimes.
Today, Treblinka is a quiet and powerful memorial site.

The entire tour takes approximately 5 hours, depending on traffic and organisational conditions.
If you purchase the optional English-speaking guide service for an additional 60EUR per booking, the itinerary will also include visits to the Monument to the Ghetto Heroes, located next to the POLIN Museum, and Umschlagplatz. A Remarkable and Deeply Moving Journey Through Poland’s History – Expertly Guided & Organized
This was our first time in Poland, planned around the Iron Maiden concert in Warsaw, and we wanted to experience as much WWII history as possible. From start to finish, our journey with AB Poland Travel was unforgettable. Thanks to Magda and Zuzanna’s outstanding coordination, every detail—from hotel bookings to taxi transfers—and daily schedules.
Each guide brought their own expertise and passion. Jurek and Jacek took us through Lublin, Majda nek, and Sobibór, weaving personal stories and deep historical insight into an emotional, humbling day. Wojtek led us to the Wolf’s Lair and Mamerki with an academic’s precision. Paweł brought Warsaw’s history alive, from the Old Town to local hangouts, Warsaw Ghetto sites, and later guided us through Treblinka and the Białowieża forest. Even our long day to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Kraków with Jacek was expertly managed—an intense, meaningful experience.
Behind the scenes, Magda and the office team were incredible—quick to respond, flexible with adjustments, and genuinely committed to making our trip special. ... [read more]
