Day 1
Arrival at Warsaw Chopin Airport or Warsaw Central Railway Station. Transfer to your hotel. Afterward, a half-day private Warsaw city tour. You will explore the modern capital of Poland impressively rebuilt after World War II, the seat of the Polish government since the 16th century, the business, political and cultural heart of Poland. The tour includes all the must-sees of Warsaw: the Old Town with the Royal Castle and the Warsaw Mermaid, the Royal Route with the Presidential Palace and the University of Warsaw, the Lazienki Royal Park with the Chopin Monument. You will see also the former Jewish district with remains of the ghetto wall, the Monument of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944 and the Palace of Culture and Science. In the evening, Chopin piano concert performed by one of the most talented Polish musicians. Optionally, a traditional Polish food tasting in one of the best restaurants in the Old Town.
Overnight in Warsaw.
Day 2
Departure from Warsaw and transfer to Malbork. Visit at the Malbork Castle. This medieval stronghold built in the 13th century by the Knights of the Teotonic Order is the biggest castle in the world! The castle complex is considered an outstanding example of defense architecture and is listed on UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List.
Next, transfer to the seaside. Visit in Sopot – the most popular summer resort in Poland with the longest wooden pier in Europe. Afterwards, visit to Gdynia – a port town where you can see famous Polish ships.
Overnight in Gdansk.
Day 3
After breakfast, half-day private Gdansk city tour. Gdansk is Poland’s principal seaport located at the Baltic coast, a former member of Hanseatic League, the capital of amber and the birthplace of “Solidarity” trade union, which played a major role in bringing an end to communism. The program includes top sites in the Main City: the Long Market, the Neptun’s Fountain, The Artus Court, St. Mary’s Basilica, Zuraw Gdanski and others. Afterwards, transfer to the European Solidarity Centre connected with the history of Polish resistance against communism.
Free time in the afternoon. Overnight in Gdansk.
Day 4
Departure to Vilnius via the picturesque Masuria region. You will enjoy a short stop in Mikolajki – a popular resort surrounded by famous lakes.
Overnight in Vilnius.
Day 5
After breakfast, a 3-hour private walking Vilnius city tour around the most interesting sites in the capital of Lithuania: the Cathedral, Cathedral Square, Presidential Palace, Town Hall and Town Hall Square, Grand Dukes Palace, Lower Castle. After lunch, ride to Trakai and visit at the medieval castle surrounded by picturesque lake Galvė.
Afterwards, transfer to the capital of Latvia. Overnight in Riga.
Day 6
After breakfast, a 3-hour walking private Riga city tour. The program includes visit to the Old Town, Art Nouveau district, Central Market, Daugava riverbank. After lunch, ride to Jurmala – a popular seaside resort by the Kemeri National Park. Optionally, a short walk around Kemeri National Park along wooden boardwalks to see the impeccable nature.
Free time in the afternoon. Overnight in Riga.
Day 7
Morning departure from Riga and transfer to Tallinn. The route leads by the Gulf of Riga. Half-day private Tallinn city tour. The program includes the most interesting landmarks of the Old Town, among others city walls, Town Hall Square, St. Olav’s Church. After lunch, visit to Estonian open-air museum Rocca al Mare. The valuable collection of Estonian vernacular architecture consists of nearly 80 buildings from the past two centuries. Free time by the Gulf of Finland (part of Baltic Sea).
Overnight in Tallinn.
Day 8
After breakfast, ride to Sigulda (Latvia). It is a small town famous for 3 castles: the Castle of Livonian Order, the New Castle, and the Turaida Castle. The exhibits at the most famous Turaida Castle show people’s lives and events throughout history as well as their traditions and crafts. Everything is surrounded by the Gauja National Park. In the town, visit to one of the widest and highest caves in the Baltics – Gutman’s Cave. After lunch, drive to Kaunas, the second-largest city in Lithuania.
Overnight in Kaunas.
Day 9
Arrival in Warsaw and transfer to the Chopin Airport.
