This tour starts in Krakow. You will be picked up in the morning by our English-speaking driver from your hotel or the designated meeting point (see FAQ section below). First, you will have 2-hour guided tour in Zakopane. Then, you will have free time for shopping. Afterwards, you will go to thermal pools in Chocholow, where you will spend 3 hours. You will come back to Krakow in the evening. The entire tour will last 11 hours.
Please note we require a minimum of 2 participants to operate this tour.
Group tours are available on Thursdays. On other days private tours are possible (no extra charge if there are minimum 2 participants).

How to book the tour?

Do I need to pay full amount in advance?
Yes, in order to confirm the tour we ask you to pay full amount upfront.
Private or shared transportation
This tour is organized as a group option by default. If you wish to have private transportation, please contact us for more details.
What entry fees are included in the price?
The price of the tour includes funicular railway ticket to the Gubalowka Hill (return ticket) and entry ticket to the thermal pools (3-hours).
What kind of payment method do you accept?
Our preferred payment method is credit/debit card or Paypal via our website.
What is the cancellation policy?
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 6 days in advance, or in case of no-show.
A cancellation fee of 30% applies for cancellations made 6 or more days in advance.
What is the size of the group departing from Krakow?
The size of the group can be up to 30 passengers. If you wish to have private transportation, please contact us for more details.
Will I be picked up from my hotel?
Most of the times pick up from your hotel is possible. If not, we designate the most convenient meeting point. Exemplary meeting points: Main Railway Station, Matejki Square, Radisson Blu hotel, Sheraton Grand hotel.
Is it possible to do the tour alone?
Yes, if you want to be the only one person in the car, please contact us for more details.
Is this tour appropriate for children?
Yes, this tour is appropriate for children of all ages.
When will I know the pick-up time and the exact schedule?
We will confirm the exact pick up time one day before the tour by e-mail. Your pick up can be between 6:00 and 8:30AM.
How long is the road trip?
The travel from Krakow to Zakopane takes around 2 hours. The ride from Zakopane to thermal baths in Chocholow takes around 20 minutes.
How long is the visit in Zakopane and thermal pools?
The Zakopane tour takes around 11 hours in total. The guided tour takes 2 hours. Afterwards, you will have 1 hour of free time. In thermal pools you will have 3 hours at your disposal.
Do you provide breakfast, lunch and dinner?
No. We do not provide them. We recommend having breakfast before the tour.
