• PRICING and BOOKING 

  How to book the tour?
  The best way is to book it via our website. If you cannot do it for some reason, please send us an e-mail and we will contact you shortly. Paid bookings via our website have priority over the phone/email reservations. You can also call us at +48 604 704 685.

  Private or shared transportation
  If you are happy to join other travellers in the car just choose the standard group option while going through the booking procedure. If you want to have the car just for yourself, choose the private transportation option and our system will add 25% extra charge for a private car.

  Do I have to pay for the entrance in Stutthof?
  No, entry fee and guided tour there is included in the price.

  What kind of payment method do you accept?
  Our preferred payment method is credit/debit card via our website.

  Can the price be changed?
  Prices of the tours booked via our website are final.

  What is the cancellation policy?

  No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, or in case of no-show.
  A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 6 days in advance.
  A cancellation fee of 10% applies for cancellations made 6 or more days in advance.

• GENERAL 

  What is the size of the group departing from Warsaw?
  Our cars can fit up to 8 passengers. If you book for a larger number of people, you travel by 2 cars or by bus (please contact us via email).

  Can I order a private tour?
  Yes, if you want to be the only person in the car, choose the private transportation option while going through the booking procedure. You will be charged 25% extra.

  Is the Stutthof tour appropriate for children?
  Visits to the Museum for children under the age of 13 are not recommended.

  Do you have a kindergarten service? 
  No, we don’t have a kindergarten service.

• TIMING 

  When will I know the pick-up time and the exact schedule?
  If you order a private tour, please indicate your preferred starting time. We will do our best to accomodate your request, as long as the schedule allows it. We will confirm the exact pick-up time one day before the tour by email.
  If you join a group, we will confirm the exact pick up time one day before the tour by e-mail. Your pick up can be between 5.40 and 7.30AM. If you need to be back in Warsaw earlier than 24.00 please let us know as soon as possible.

  How long is the road trip?
  The travel from Warsaw to Stutthof is about 4h.

  How long is the visit in Stutthof ?
  The Stutthof tour is 2h.

  Can I leave the Stutthof camp if I don’t feel well and wait for the group outside?
  Yes, the driver will be waiting in the parking lot. You can join him and wait for the group or spend time in the nearby restaurant.

• FOOD 

  Do you provide breakfast, lunch and dinner?
  We recommend having breakfast before the tour. We only provide lunch. Dinner is not included in the price but your driver can do a stop if you wish.

  Is vegetarian / vegan lunch available?

  If you have special dietary requirements please let us know about it in advance. However, we cannot always guarantee that we meet your expectations during regular tours, meal may be very basic e.g. a simple salad. If you wish for a special type of restaurant, please choose the option “private event” while booking the tour.
