Would you like to get away from the city and move to nature? There is no better activity in wintertime in Poland than having a sleigh ride. Especialy since it takes place in Kampinoski National Park. The sleigh ride is a must-see winter entertainment, which has already become an annual tradition in Poland. Take a part in a sleigh ride and experience the beautiful surroundings of the forest. Sit by the fireplace, make sausages and drink hot beverages. Have a wonderful time out in nature with your family, friends, or as a company event!

Where does the sleigh ride take place?
The sleigh ride takes in the forest of Kampinoski National Park. It is the nearest National Park to Warsaw, located just around 40 km north-west of the capital’s outskirts. The National Park, together with a nearby Valley of Vistula, is an important thriving area for many animals, for example, mooses, beavers, and lynxes, just to name a few. If you are lucky, you may spot them on the way. The forest is beautiful and full of life each season of the year.
You will be picked up by our English-speaking driver from your hotel/apartment in Warsaw. After 1-hour ride, you will reach the stable, hop onboard the horse-drawn sleigh and take a journey through the woods. After the ride, you will warm yourself up by a campfire with sausages, bread, and hot tea. The entire event will take 2-3 hours. Afterward, you will come back to Warsaw and be dropped off at your hotel.
In case of lack of snow or in the summertime, the sleigh will be replaced by a horse-drawn carriage.

A great travel agency
AB Poland worked with me to completely customize my three days in Poland and make the most of my time. They answered all of my questions, made great suggestions and built the perfect itinerary all at reasonable enough prices. Plus, my guides Jacek in Warsaw and Kinga in Krakow were knowledgeable and friendly hosts, making conversation easy. Have nothing bad to say at all. I would highly recommend AB Poland.

Kulig on wheels!
Thank you Piotr for a very personalized and memorable visit to some lovely stables in the woods for "kulig" - because of the lack of snow, we did a carriage ride rather than a sleigh ride. We had so much fun and loved spending time at the stables/on the horse carriage, eating a home cooked meal over a fire, and learning a lot about Poland!
