We recommend spending the night in Poznan and extending the tour by visiting the famous Kornik castle – one of the most frequently visited castles in Poland, located just 25 kilometres away from the centre of Poznan. You will visit the castle with a guide, take a stroll in the adjacent garden and try listening to the poems of Wisława Szymborska, a famous Polish Nobel prize-winning poet born in the city of Kornik.
You can also visit the Wielkopolska Etnographic Park – an open air museum with a faithful reconstruction of a village from the turn of the 18th and 19th century.
