• PRICING and BOOKING 

  How to book the tour?
  The best way is to book it via our website. If you cannot do it for some reason, please send us an e-mail and we will contact you shortly. Paid bookings via our website have priority over the phone/email reservations. You can also book at +48 604 704 685.

  How early should I book the tour?
  The earlier the better. Tickets in Auschwitz sell out even a few weeks in advance. If you make a booking just a few days in advance it may happen that the Auschwitz tickets are no longer available in a pre-sale. In this case we will arrange an early departure from Warsaw (even around 4am) in order to buy the tickets on the spot. This may require waiting in the line some time.
  

  Private or shared transportation
  If you are happy to join other travellers in the car choose "shared car" option while booking. If you want to have the car just for you and your group, choose the "private car" option and our system will add around 25%-30% extra. Please note, if you choose shared car but there are no other travellers for that day we will offer you alternative dates or a supplement for a "private car".

  Do I have to pay for the entrance fee in Auschwitz-Birkenau Camp?
  No, the price of the tour includes entrance fee to Auschwitz and Birkenau Museum.

  What kind of payment method do you accept?
  Our preferred payment method is credit/debit card via our website.

  Can the price be changed?
  Prices of the tours booked via our website are final (include taxes).

  What is the cancellation policy?

  No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, or in case of no-show.
  A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 6 days in advance.
  A cancellation fee of 30% applies for cancellations made 6 or more days in advance.

• GENERAL 

  What is the size of the group departing from Warsaw?
  Our cars can fit up to 8 passengers. If you book for a larger number of people, you travel by 2 cars or by bus (please contact us via email). In Auschwitz you join a group up to 30 people (unless you ordered a private guide in advance).

  Can I order a private tour?
  Yes, if you want to be the only person in the car, choose the private transportation option while going through the booking procedure. You will be charged 25% extra.

  Is this tour appropriate for children?
  Visits to the Auschwitz Museum by children under the age of 14 are not recommended.

  Do you have a kindergarten service? I don’t want my children to visit Auschwitz inside. 
  No, we don’t have a kindergarten service. Kids can stay with the driver in the car.

  Can I leave the Auschwitz Museum if I don’t feel well and wait for the group outside?
  Yes, there is a restaurant where you can wait for the group.

• TIMING 

  When will I know the pick-up time and the exact schedule?
  If you order a private tour, please indicate your preferred starting time. We will do our best to accomodate your request, as long as the schedule allows it. We will confirm the exact pick-up time one day before the tour by email.
  If you join a group, we will confirm the exact pick up time one day before the tour by e-mail. Your pick up can be between 5.30AM and 10.30AM. If you need to be back in Warsaw earlier than 24.00 please let us know as soon as possible.

  How long is the road trip? How far is Warsaw from Auschwitz?
  The driving time from Warsaw to Auschwitz is about 4h. Plus time for stops.

  How long is the visit in Auschwitz?
  The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour takes around 3,5h including the Birkenau camp.

• FOOD 

  Do you provide breakfast, lunch and dinner?
  We recommend having breakfast before the tour. We only provide lunch. Dinner is not included in the price but your driver can do a stop if you wish.

  Is vegetarian / vegan lunch available?

  If you have special dietary requirements please let us know about it in advance. However, we cannot always guarantee that we meet your expectations during regular tours, meal may be very basic e.g. a simple salad. If you wish for a special type of restaurant, please choose the option “private event” while booking the tour. Then we will take you to any restaurant you want (meal at your own expense)
