• PRICING 

  How to book the tour?
  The best way is to book it via our website. If you cannot do it for some reason, please send us an e-mail and we will contact you shortly. Paid bookings via our website have priority over the phone/email reservations. You can also call us at +48 604 704 685.

  How early should I book?
  By booking less than three months before the planned tour date, the client acknowledges that online tickets for Auschwitz may no longer be available due to museum restrictions and high demand, as tickets often sell out well in advance. In such cases, tickets will need to be purchased on-site by our driver at the ticket office, which may involve waiting in line. To address this, we may arrange an early departure from Warsaw (as early as 3:00–4:00 AM) to secure tickets on-site. AB Poland Travel is not responsible for the availability of tickets on-site. If tickets are sold out, clients will be refunded the nominal price of the museum entry tickets, but not the cost of the entire tour. Alternatively, clients can opt for a non-guided visit to Kraków’s Old Town. Such situations are extremely rare and beyond the control of AB Poland Travel.

  Do I need to pay full amount in advance?
  Yes, in order to confirm the tour we ask you to pay full amount upfront.

  Private or shared transportation
  If you are happy to join other travellers in the car, just choose group option while going through the booking procedure. If you want to have private transportation, please choose private car option.

  Do I have to pay the entrance fee in Auschwitz?
  No, the price of the tour includes entrance fee to both Auschwitz and Birkenau.

  What kind of payment method do you accept?
  Our preferred payment method is credit/debit card via our website.

  Can the price be changed?
  Prices of the tours booked via our website are final.

  What is the cancellation policy?

  No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 6 days in advance, or in case of no-show.
  A cancellation fee of 30% applies for cancellations made 6 or more days in advance.

  Do you offer trip cancellation insurance?

  It is possible to purchase trip cancellation insurance. It covers unforeseen circumstances (e.g. accident, sudden illness, death of you or your travel companion or close family member, job termination, or serious damage to property), as well as chronic diseases. Please note that the insurance does not cover reasons not listed in the General Terms and Conditions of Insurance. You can find more details here.

• GENERAL 

  What is the size of the group departing from Krakow?
  If you choose a group option, the size of the group can be up to 50 passengers in the bus. If you choose a semi-private option, the car will be only for you and your fellow travellers. If you book for a larger number of people, you travel by 2 cars or by bus (please contact us via email). In Auschwitz you join a group guided tour up to 30 people. In Wieliczka Salt Mine you join a group up to 30 people (unless you ordered private guides in advance).

  Will I be picked up from my hotel? 
  Pick up from your hotel is guaranteed during semi-private tour. In the case of the group tour, most of the times pick up from your hotel is possible. If not, we designate the most convenient meeting point. Exemplary meeting points: Main Railway Station, Matejki Square, Radisson Blu hotel, Sheraton Grand hotel.

  Is it possible to do the tour alone?
  Yes, if you want to be the only one person in the car, please choose the semi-private option. Or you can just join a big group by bus.

  Is this tour appropriate for children?
  Visits to the Museum by children under the age of 14 are not recommended.

  Do you have a kindergarten service? 
  No, we don’t have a kindergarten service.

• TIMING 

  When will I know the pick-up time and the exact schedule?
  If you order a private tour, please indicate your preferred starting time. We will do our best to accomodate your request, as long as the schedule allows it. We will confirm the exact pick-up time one day before the tour by email.
  If you join a group, we will confirm the exact pick up time one day before the tour by e-mail. Your pick up can be between 8:00 and 12:00AM, depending on entry time in Auschwitz-Birkenau.

  How long is the road trip?
  The travel from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1,5h.

  How long is the visit of Auschwitz?
  Auschwitz takes is around 3,5h, including the Birkenau camp.

• FOOD 

  Do you provide breakfast, lunch and dinner?
  No. We do not provide them. In case of the semi-private tour, you can have free time for lunch. Please ask us in advance.
