How does the gift card work? 

You book the gift card for the chosen amount with 5% discount. Then, you can pay for any of our tours using this gift card.

Besides that, you avoid 6% booking fee at the checkout. In total you save 11%!

This promotion is valid only until December 20th 2023.

Example:

Let's say you want to book the Auschwitz tour from Warsaw for 2 people. The price is 360EUR/2 people. 

You can buy the gift card for the amount of 360EUR. With our promo code, you pay 5% less, that is 342EUR.

Now, you have a gift card for the value of 360EUR, so you can use it to book our Auschwitz tour!

This way, you can book any of our tours at a lower price!

If the tour is more expensive than the value of the gift card, you can easily pay the remaining amount with your credit or debit card during the same transaction.

How can I use the promo code?

Simply insert the promo code giftcard5 at the checkout. 

What can I book with the gift card?

The gift card can be used on all our tours and experiences available for online booking (they have a real-time availability calendar). 

How can I buy the gift card? 

Click "Book online now" on the right hand side. You will be asked to choose the number of gift cards. Then, choose the amount on each gift card (or enter a custom amount), and include a card recipient's name and email address. 

After completing your purchase, you will be taken to a confirmation page, where you can add a personal message and send the gift card. You will also receive an email copy of your order confirmation (this is useful if you do not want to send the gift card right away).

Once the digital gift card has been sent, the recipient will receive an email with their card details and a personalized message. The gift card will have a unique alphanumeric code that they can use toward a purchase on our website. 

How do I redeem the gift card?

When a gift card recipient makes a booking on our website, they can apply the gift card toward their purchase using the “Apply a gift card” option, located next to the booking total.

Note: Gift card numbers are case-sensitive, meaning the recipient will need to capitalize letters exactly as they appear on the gift card.

The full amount of the gift card will automatically be applied toward the booking price and tax. If there is still payment owed on the booking, the recipient will need to pay the remaining amount with a credit or debit card.

If the booking total is less than the amount on the gift card, the recipient will be able to apply the remaining amount toward a future booking.
