The ticket prices include all attractions without limits: roller­ coasters, carousels, theater, performances, shows, children’s zone, Family zone, Extreme zone and Water Park at Energylandia, Autoscooter, Mega Playground,  Carousel,  Egypt Horror Show, 5D Cinema, Indoor Playground ond others at Miniature Park, Park of Animatronic Dinosaurs, Park of Mythology, Park of Insects, 5D Extreme cinema, topsy-turvy house, rides, carousels, springboards at Zatorland. Day tickets without time and quantity limits.

The tickets do not include: food and souvenirs, computer and arcade games at Energylandia, some service points at Energylandia (the photographer, the photo-booth, face painting, tattoos, etc.), slot machines and wild River at Miniature Park, water tram and coin-operated devices, for example automatic swings, shooting gallery at Zatorland. Some attractions may be closed during bad weather.

• PRICING and BOOKING 

  How to book the tour?
  The best way is to book it via our website. If you cannot do it for some reason send us an e-mail and we will contact you shortly. Paid bookings via our website have priority over the phone/email reservations. You can also call us at +48 604 704 685.

  Are entry tickets included?
  Yes, the price includes day tickets to Energylandia and Zatorland/Dreamland Miniature Park.

  Are all attractions included in the ticket price? Are there any addtional fees for any of the rides?

  All available attractions, rides and shows are included in the ticket price. Of course, you would need to pay extra for food, computer and arcade games, some service points (e.g. photographer, photo booth, face painting, tattoo, etc.), and, naturally, items in the shops on the premises.

  Private or shared transportation
  This tour is organized by private car/minibus.

  What kind of payment method do you accept?
  Our preferred payment method is credit/debit card via our website.

  Can the price be changed?
  Prices of the tours booked via our website are final.

  What is the cancellation policy?

  No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 6 days in advance, or in case of no-show.
  A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.
  A cancellation fee of 30% applies for cancellations made 30 or more days in advance.

• GENERAL 

  What is the size of the group departing from Warsaw?
  Our cars can fit up to 8 passengers. If you book for a larger number of people, you travel by 2 cars or by bus (please contact us via email). In Auschwitz, Wieliczka and Krakow you join a group up to 30 people (unless you ordered private guides in advance).

  Is Energylandia appropriate for small children?
  Attractions in Energylandia are appropriate for all group ages, including children under 3 years old.

  Do you have a kindergarten service?
  No, we don’t have a kindergarten service.

• TIMING 

  When will I know the pick-up time and the exact schedule?
  Starting time is usually 6:00AM, but on your special wish we can change it.

  How long is the road trip? 
  The travel from Warsaw to Energylandia is about 4h.

  How much time do we spend at Energylandia and Zatorland/Dreamland Miniature Park?
  You have one whole day for each place (till the closing time).

• FOOD 

  Do you provide food during the tour?
  We recommend having breakfast before the tour. Meals are not included in the price, but food can be purchased in the parks. Also, your driver can make a stop on the way.

  I want to go to Krakow after the tour. Is that possible?
