Outstanding customer service - highly recommend  

We were referred to AB Poland Travel by a partner agency to fulfill a very individualised request. I dealt predominantly with Maciej who was absolutely outstanding. I kept moving the goalposts from my original enquiry (not because I was trying to be difficult but because of circumstances) and he was just superb. The communication via email was almost instantaneous, and the level of professionalism was above and beyond. In the end, much to my surp rise given the tight parameters, Maciej made our request a reality! We got exactly what we wanted within a reasonable price range and all with less than 24 hours notice!
It's worth the extra dollars if there's something you really want to see that you would have trouble organising yourself, particularly if it falls outside the usual structure of other tours - stress free, professional and the tour itself was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent organization for a group of 30  

We have just visited Warszaw with a group of 30 people and had asked ABPoland to organize a complete 3 day program including sightseeing, walking and horse cab tour as well as restaurants. The 3 days were a wonderful experince in this beautiful city, ABPoland did an excellent job. Our guide was very well educated and friendly the food was lovely in very stylish restaurants. Piotr, the boss looked after us and made sure that nothing was missing. Very recommendable !!

Superb service  

Excellent tour operator! Extremely fast in replying and services confirmed in no time. Malgorzata did a great job organising a wonderful city tour for our Brazilian group back in August: the Portuguese-speaking guide supplied was very knowledgeable and professional and our clients thouroghly enjoyed their time with her. We will be using their services again for both our groups and Fit travellers.

Thank you to all at AB Poland for making the arrangements which enabled our group of 40 people to have a wonderful time during their visit to Krakow during October 2014. The guide supplied was excellent throughout, she enabled the tour run as it should have done.
Well done, we look forward to working with you again in 2015.
